Fresh Organic juice provide many beneficial nutrients for the human body, such as vitamins, minerals, potassium, and proteins. Juicing is an exciting and efficient way for us to increase our consumption of natural ingredients nd nutrients in a form that is easily absorbed by the body. Research has suggested that some advantages of consuming natural plant-based ingredients through juicing are:
Increased energy
Reduced risk of various diseases
Skin therapy & rehydration
Strengthened immune system
Fun-filled approach towards healthy eating habits
Research has suggested that a large number of substances located in fruits and vegetables are known to protect against certain diseases. These substances, together, are known as phytochemicals, which include carotenes, chlorophyll, enzymes, dietary fiber, and flavonoids. These are all very important scientific terms that can be further researched for a deeper understanding; however, what you should take from this is that phytochemicals (mentioned above) and nutritional antioxidants (Vitamin C) work together to protect the human body against various diseases. By juicing your fruits & vegetables, the human body is able to quickly absorb many high-quality nutrients and phytochemicals.
Vegetables
Vegetables are parts of a plant that can be consumed by humans and they are grown all around the world during various seasons of the year. Vegetables were originally collected by those, who lived in the local villages, where they were grown; however, trade became a known process, which brought several exotic vegetables to different areas of the world. Research has shown that the human body needs many of the nutrients that vegetables are able to provide, in a natural way. More and more research has been gathered to show that vegetables are able to prevent and treat many chronic degenerative diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and arthiritis. Vegetables have been shown to provide the broadest range of nutrients and phytochemicals of any food class. In order to receive the most important and highest quantity of phytochemicals from vegetables, it has been suggested that humans should consume many vegetables in its fresh, raw form.
Fruits
Technically speaking, a fruit is the seed-bearing structure in flowering plants, formed from the ovary after flowering. In simple terms, it is the ripened ovary of a female flower. IN EVEN SIMPLER TERMS, fruits are those seed structures in plant foods that are either sweet or sour, edible in its raw state, and typically consumed during breakfast, snack, or dessert time. Research has shown that fruits are known to contain a fair amount of natural sugar, which will typically be absorbed quickly by our bodies. Although fruits contain a fair amount of natural sugar, they are delicious and extremely important to humans for a healthy diet. Similar to vegetables, they contain a broad range of beneficial phytochemicals and nutrients.
